- I got a flat tire by a pot hole on Boylston street I already called and let 311 know to fill it. However, they mentioned I could report it and file a claim. I’m stuck right now and the pothole is a little back in the road. The police pulled over and waited for the tow truck with me. He also gave me the heads up to file my claim .
