Description
My landlord at 53 Whitten street is telling me and the other tenants that we need to clean the apartment free of snow when it snows even though it’s not in our lease. We received a fine from the city for snow and ice not being cleared that he is insisting we are responsible for. He is insistent that cleaning the snow from the property is the tenants not the landlords responsibility. He’s also insisting we pay fines for excess trash. When I’ve let him know before the trash overflow is from the other units and showed photos he insisted it’s still our responsibility.
