Abandoned Vehicle

Description

This vehicle has not moved in over 7 weeks. It has 3 tickets (untouched) on it from 12/24, 12/31 & 1/7. Can something be done?? Not sure what further proof the city needs that it's exceeded the 3 days in the same spot before being marked abandoned.
