- Mattress left out along black fence in Mt Vernon Square, across from the back of 86 Charles. This mattress was originally directly across the street at the back of 86 Charles Street, by the trash cans for over 3 weeks (I included a picture to show you). After receiving multiple citations from.the city, the owners moved the mattress to the fence across the way for city trash pick up on Friday. The mattress has been there for 3 days now. The owner of 86 Charles St is CEI Realty. They recently changed hands from Mt Vernon Management.
