- Excessive Noise complaint re: a temp generator that was installed at No. 500 Rutherford Ave. This is an update to my earlier complaint that incorrectly noted the address as No. 175 Rutherford Ave. The noise levels exceed 80 decibels and have maintained that level or higher since the generator was started and the generator runs 24 hours a day and there is no apparent sound attenuation system. This noise is impacting the quality of life for the residents of the neighborhood.
