- Please give BTD resources and assistance with their work so that residents can park. Residents would appreciate it. See ticket #101006444419 (418 East Fifth Street, one of countless repeat offenders): "Audi with out of state Maryland plate 1ET2870 parked in resident only parking all of last week and has not moved since. Vehicle behind it has been ticketed but not this non resident. It is not okay for this driver to receive preferential treatment as they have since last year." The City can easily look up the other reports about this vehicle alone which have gone ignored.
