- Dennis Keohane is developing an eight unit subdivision at Kinsale Lane in Hyde Park. He is currently mobilizing to frame the next house. This morning a delivery of building materials was unloaded for over an hour in the vicinity of 146 Milton Avenue. Now heavy equipment is being unloaded in the vicinity of 146 Milton Avenue. Keohane has a development site at Kinsale Lane that he owns where this staging should be happening. He does not have a street occupancy permit for Milton Avenue and should not be using it as an extension of his development site.
