Description: Question ❓... when your car's electric system gets eaten by rats that live in the sidewalk and shrubs where you live and it's almost 700$ to fix it...who owns the rats?? The city or the building where I live?..who is responsible for rat control..the City or them the building?? Who gets the bill?? someone is responsible for rat remediation and is doing nothing... I've made several complaints about the issue and nothing has been done thus far....who do I submit the bill to??or do I have to get a lawyer to figure it out because each party points the finger at the other.... here's a finger for you!!🖕😡🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀 Go back and look at old 311 pictures and comments about the rats and the issues they cause...
