- The sidewalk at the corner of main and Austin st in Charlestown (side of bunker hill mall) has a significant bump all around where the two surfaces meet. It’s hard to tell from this photo but nearly every person who walks this way trips on this. I’ve watched many people fall here. Clearly design was not thought through and while I hate for sidewalk to be ripped up again, this is incredibly dangerous for anyone walking and not ADA compliant.

Case Noted. The sidewalk had to be designed this way. There is no bump, the last foot slopes up to meet private property.
