- On the corner of Sudbury and Congress St (heading northbound on Sudbury and turning eastbound onto Congress St) is a collection area. Large puddles from whenever there is rain. When it is cold, it freezes and a large sheet of ice is formed in the bike lane. I took a big spill tonight on that ice patch while coming home from work on my scooter. Please salt that area so that it doesn't freeze, or fix the collection area altogether so that ice won't form when it's cold. Thank you.
