Damaged Sign

Description: This sign talking about repairing Sullivan Square has been just sitting on the sidewalk for months. I don’t think it was ever actually mounted it just showed up one morning like shown in the photo. Is it just being stored here or is it supposed to be mounted? It kinda blocks the sidewalk at what is an already dangerous and problematic intersection.
