- Saturday 1/17 1:17pm illegally parked in a tow zone and 1/4 inch from my license plate. I had to wait for the car behind me to move before I could get out of the parking spot. Parked there all day still at 8:32pm. Again on Sunday parked in the same spot. This is dangerous and blocks the view of cars pulling down Saranac St and trying to turn onto Adams St. which is why is it not a parking spot. This car has parked there two days in a row illegally and blocking in cars by parking illegally.
