- My property is 8 Waldo Terrace 02135. The offending property I am assuming is the apartment building directly in front on Washington St. Apartment buildings snow removal is regularly dumping snow on our property. Blocking my car / driveway. Blocking neighbors rear fence with sign stating to no block, even specifically pointing out snow piles.
