- The pathway down is covered in ice, restricting residents from safely walking down. We are renters, and property owners only clear directly in front of the entrance, leaving it unsafe for cars and pedestrians to go downhill to reach the sidewalk. It is extremely inaccessible for those with physical handicaps. If this does not fall under 311, who should I contact? Thank you!
