Description
Felons are not supposed to be fed. They're supposed to be interrogated so we can uphold the security of the community/economy. That's how society can function. We don't want to fuel the flame of corruption. Perhaps some water if need be. Prison is not a school. Felons can always support their local library if they wish to be of service to the community.
