- The 2 Boston Common Garage pavilions nearest Beacon St have ongoing ADA violations. Both elevators are constantly broken down. I was stuck between floors recently with a 3 yr old, 2 yr old, and a newborn in a stroller. Three out of the four handicap buttons that open the doors leading in and out of the pavilions have been broken for years.
