- This report is for the Public Works department. Unfortunately the two categories given in the 311 app are not relevant. A street sign had been misplaced on our condominium association’s driveway. The GPS location of the driveway is 344 Amory St. but the property belongs to 65 Cornwall. The passage to to our building is a DRIVEWAY not a private way. The driveway is our private property. The city does not have the right to rename people’s private property. Therefore the city needs to remove the sign at the end of our driveway. Please read the email from John Fleming of the BTD on this topic (see attached). He sent me PDFs of several insurance atlases that show the site of the former road. The road was located on site #352-350 Amory St. in the 1914 insurance atlas. Evidently only JPEG files can be sent via this app so I have taken a screenshot of the atlas. Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
