Description: I don't have electricity and there's a massive snow storm and deep freeze coming. The power company cut the power today while I was at work because I owe money but I am low income and have trouble paying. I know there's assistance programs but from experience they take a few days and with the weekend and snow is there a way to get the power back on . No lights, heat, cooking.. it's not safe
