Noted. Abatement has been issued to the property 0f 167-183 Chestnut Hill ave for pest control. I've also talked to the management company ( Mt.Vernon) for 11 Emassy rd. They have active pest control. I also asked them to patch the hole at the bottom of the fence. Eric.McGevna@Boston.gov.
