- Frozen 2ft pile of snow near end of street needs to be removed or pushed back to allow utility people access to transformers on telephone poles at END OF STREET. Often if there’s an outage the utility has to get access to the transformer on telephone pole . The frozen pile of snow impedes their ability to access the transformer. Thank you
