Description: Three of four EV chargers at the city lot at 490 Centre Street are not functional on the eve of a major snowstorm. Please fix ASAP! (This is EXTREMELY discouraging to those of us who bought EVs out of a commitment to our shared environment despite not having charging at home; I would no longer recommend this to anyone given the sad state of city infrastructure.)
