- Cars are lined up and continually parked right up to the corner of Winton St. in a way that is very unsafe and affects visibility. You cannot see cars coming on or off the street. This is dangerous on a normal day, but with incoming snow it will make the road dangerous and too narrow for the plow. Additionally, people park on both sides where there is a “no parking” sign making the road narrow or completely impassable without snow. Right now there is a line of cars parked and it is hard for one regular car to fit and there is no snow yet.
