- Illegally parked white sedan parked on weld street (between russett and greaton roads) - it seems like it is the only car still parked on emergency evacuation road. Please tow - plows unable to clear full street path and it’ll eventually cause accident. No excuse - EVERYONE has known about storm for about a week.
