- Frozen pile of snow on end of Prescott street impedes access to telephone poles where transformers are located. Eversource NEEDS ACCESS AT THE END OF THE ROAD TO ADDRESS OUTAGES IN THE STORM .Plow just came down the street and did NOT REMOVE 2 ft pile NOR DID HE PUSH IT TO THE END OF THE ROAD AS I HAD ASKED FOR YOU TO DO YESTERDAY
