- Car blocking crosswalk. There is a car parked completely on the crosswalk corner of H & 4th street. This not only blocks the cross walk but I will now be unable to shovel path to crosswalk. I do not want to receive a ticket for this if the city does not want to move vehicle. The car most likely will leave a pile of snow that will freeze.
