- 5 LYNNVILLE TERRACE in Dorchester, Massachusetts 02121 has not been plowed, AGAIN! Every year for the past 12 we have shoveled ourselves, THE ENTIRE STREET. I never noticed received a tax credit so the expectation is that services will be provided. We have toddlers and a 94 year old adult in our house. In an emergency situation this would be a serious burden. Any resulting issue will be due to neglect of my City Councilor, Mayor, State Representative and Senator, the pormise makers.
