- Please stop closing my ticket before addressing the issue! The other part of Lena terrace has been plowed but our part of the street has not been touched since the snow started. This is not right while the city claim the other part of the Lena terrace is private and not willing to fix the holes, but able to plow and left our side completely ignored.
