- Stonley Road does not appear to be on the city's known street list. After every snow storm, we have to submit a 311 request to plow and salt/sand the street because the city skips it. The city has not plowed the street once during the current storm, and as a result residents are now trapped and unable to leave our buildings and the building owner cannot get to our sidewalks to shovel them. |
