- Bus stop at Meridian and West Eagle is plowed in. We shoveled a path in front if my uncles handicap spot so when the parking ban is lifted he will be able to safely access his home. However despite having a runway of a bus stop talking half of the block between Falcon and West Eagle Road n Meridian street buses are stopping at my uncles house, which is not part of the posted bus stop as people are gathering at the space we shoveled with access to the sideways. When we contested bus stops moving we were told the MBTA will clear paths at bus stops. This has not happened, nor is there signs of it coming. How do you expect school children who are required to take the T and workers commuting to safely navigate this situation. Please don’t defer to the landlord of property at the bus stop as they have long been reported as a slum landlord where a 10 year old and man died in a fire 3 years ago and they don’t clear their sidewalk let alone a path to the buses/street the photos attached show the path we cleared, the bus stopping there and the covered u safe space where the bus is supposed to stop
