- The plow piled a mountain of snow into the sidewalk in the corner of my house and almost up onto my fence, and now I’m unable to shovel it. I called 311 this morning and was told that there was no one to come out and clean it. As far as I know the plows should not be piling snow onto a sidewalk leaving no room for pedestrians to walk on. See the photos below. This is the corner of Child and Perkins Ave in Hyde Park.
