- Owner of Boston cigar bar encouraging two customers to park across from their shop on Main Street in Charlestown. As you know we have a snow emergency in place. The cars parked are getting in the way of plows therefore they can't do their job of clearing the street. The owner seems to get away with not obeying city and Charlestown rules in place during our recent storm. Thank you for your attention.
