- Case # 101006458324 was “closed” without any remedy. Intersection of Concord & Jefferson Ave. in Charlestown at top of the intersection is still packed chest high with snow left by plow…our cars cannot exit the spaces we have shoveled out to traverse down Jefferson Ave. Please help vs. dismiss as “safe & passable”.

Case Resolved. The City’s main concern is to clear the roads of snow so that medical apparatuses can make it up and down streets which means that unfortunately, the snow has to be pushed somewhere.The City will do their best to clear after the storm.
