- Snowplow pushing snow onto just clean area of a handicap parking spot. After telling the driver snow is pushed to the even number side. And explained this was a handicap spot, which I had just cleared and I am a senior myself. Driver claims he can’t control the blade 1/26/26 6am He backed up collected more snow and pushed into the spot.
