Description: Part of Greenheys street not plowed. Part of the street was cleared due to residents needing to get out. Several neighbors used their personal snowblower to clear the street so they could get out. The othe end was never cleared. There were attempts made after people dug their cars out but the city plows stopped at both ends and did not clear the remainder of the street. Snow was not dumped in the street after plowing, as it had never been plowed or cleared.
