- Never recieved text about parking ban ending and I got the one starting it. No one in my area got one. Why are you ending it at night? I am handicapped and have a medical issue..going out at 11pm (because I heard about the ban ending on the 11pm news)in the icy snowdrifted conditions was so risky for me. I could go on about what happened at the garage but I'm too worn out...some other time
