Description
My neighbor stacked a huge pile of snow on the sidewalk and you can’t walk on the sidewalk between my property and theirs. My property is located at 152 w third street. If you’re looking at my property from the street, my neighbor directly to the right of me is the one who stacked the snow on the sidewalk between my building and theirs.
