- The Foster Street lot in the North End needs snow removal. This is a CITY OWNED LOT with RESIDENT ONLY PARKING signs around the entire space (see photos) There is minimum 2 feet of snow on the entire surface with up to 4 foot snow drifts. This is NOT A PRIVATELY OWNED LOT. City of Boston please take care of your residents. This is residential parking. Owned by the city. Please come clear it. There is no where to put the snow.
