- Rockview Street and Parley Avenue in Jamaica Plain need plowing and salting. I live at 53 Parley Avenue, Jamaica Plain MA next to Angela Westover House - JPNDC. Emergency vehicles and senior shuttles are there frequently. I don’t think that those vehicles can get on our street currently. I have hired someone to dig out my house and they got stuck on rockview and couldn’t make the turn on parley Ave so they left the neighborhood.
