- I know the plows have worked hard and storm just ended but Waldemar ave in East Boston is an evacuation route. In years past after significance snow the city has brought dumpsters over to clear the snow. Currently it is hard to drive two cars down the street the same time which hardly makes that an evacuation route. Is there any plan to clean the street better?
