Sidewalk Not Shoveled

Description: Un-shoveled section of sidewalk starting from the crosswalk entrance on Valenti Way to about 20 feet down Valenti Way headed to the corner of Beverly Street. There is nearly 7 inches of slushy snow that makes walking extremely challenging and dangerous, especially for older adults. It makes travel impossible for those who are disabled. This area sees high amounts of foot traffic from North End residents and those taking the N Washington St & Medford St bus stop toward North Station. This section of sidewalk is never salted and is routinely iced over during the winter. However, the current state of this section of sidewalk is egregious. There is a clear start and end to the issue, so it appears that whoever is responsible for this very specific section of sidewalk has neglected to attend to it, repeatedly. It would be much appreciated if this area was made safe for commuters and residents. 1/27/2026
