- Its 11:37pm on Jan 27th - why is a crew arriving at this time to shovel the snow on the steps leading from thomas park down to east 8th? My child has school tomorrow and the noise is keeping her up. This is the second time they have arrived at this time and its unacceptable. My elderly neighbour was also disturbed both times!
