- I contacted the city and I am aware that you guys feel that it is not your responsibility to clear out parking spots in the city. We as residents pay rent and pay for parking permits. Paying for parking permits that the city declares are their property since the city so frequently tickets cars and makes us pay for parking permits means that clearing the snow is your responsibility! It should not fall onto the residents since the residents do not own these parking spots. City parking is a disaster right now and I ask that parking spots filled with snow be cleared.
