Empty Litter Basket

Description: This is the 3rd complaint about garbage drivers not driving down the alley between Miner st and Aberdeen St. This has been the practice for thirty or more years and now they are apparently refusing. They may argue that it was snowy yesterday, but it was clear and they drove drove down the alley between Miner and Maitland or is it Munson with no problem. We have been fighting a Rat problem and this failure only exacerbates this.
