- Plows have plowed in front of a private parking lot and we cannot get out! The snow that is piled up at intersection of Hanover and commercial should be removed by City. I am a senior citizen and pay so I can park without being blocked by plows. There are signs in North End where snow will be removed. Please add this to your list. This is not fair.
