- The constituent is requesting assistance regarding case 101006456457. the constituent states there was a large mound of snow dumped from the COB during plowing and the previous case was closed out. The constituent states the closed photo is not their property (photo displays a grey property- not yellow)and they will now have to hire someone in order to remove the snow as well as repair/ replace their current snow blower.
