- The sidewalk in front of the bus stop on Boylston at Copley Square by the side of the Boston Public Library is completely obstructed by snow. This leads to crowding of people waiting, requires transit riders to walk around and into the street to board, and doesn’t give enough room for people passing through- especially folks in wheelchairs or with strollers.
