- Hi there! My husband and I live on 126 Elm St #3 in Charlestown and we share trash & recycling bins with our downstairs neighbors. After trash collection today, our trash bin is now missing (not sure if it was stolen or taken by the collectors). I’m inquiring to see if it’s possible to get a replacement bin? Thank you!
