- The 15 minute loading zone on St James street along the side of 200 Berkeley Street still is not cleared and is all snow bank. There’s no way to pull to the curb for dropping kids off to bright bright horizons daycare. It creates an extremely dangerous to drop off situation, where you have to parallel park in the middle of St. James next to a snow bank and walk the kids down the street to the only shoveled entrance to the sidewalk, which is at the intersection of Berkeley and St. James.
