- The pipe at 21 Tileston Street (North End) freezes over and causes an ice dam / icy sidewalk and they never maintain it. This has been going on for years. The owner does not live locally and rarely clears the snow and this pipe has been a hazard for at least 15 years (since I’ve lived next door).
