Description
The walkway on Essex street right before Kingston cross street, left side going towards south station, is unshoveled. It is cleared up until a certain point where they encountered light poles and electrical boxes, making it impassable for a plow or snow blower. People have fallen trying to walk through the narrow trodden snow paths (photo attached) and others are walking in the bus lane to avoid the snow.
